Autumn Beauty Favourites
Now that autumn has well and truly arrived my beauty favourites have changed a bit due to the colder weather and the sudden lack of sun. I love autumn colours and they can easily be incorporated into an autumnal makeup look.
One of the first products that I have been loving currently is Lush’s bubble-gum lip scrub. It is a classic product from Lush that I use time and time again. The sent of it is amazing and it does a great job of preventing dry lips and removing dead flaky skin that can appear in winter. I have also made my own DIY lip scrub previously which is a great alternative if you want a cheaper option that you can make yourself.
Another classic product that I have been loving is my EOS lip balm. EOS lip balms are definitely my favourite because they truly work. I remember that I used to have a collection of them when I was younger and they were always so difficult to find but I was so happy when I found this one for only a few pounds in Savers.
I recently got a new lipstick from Clinique with their bonus time and I love it so much. It is a great colour for autumn as its not too dark but still has an autumnal look whilst being appropriate for everyday use. The one pictured is in the shade 23 Blush Pop.
I have also been loving the CercaVe moisturising cream which I have been using on my face. I love this moisturiser because it is great for sensitive skin and is very moisturising which is great for winter and it isn’t too harsh and it is also very reasonably priced.
Another product that I have been loving is this Malibu Factor 50 face cream. I have realised how important is to wear sun cream even in the winter to protect your skin and prevent aging. I never used to even slightly care about putting sun cream on my face, especially in winter but I have came to realise how beneficial it is.
My final favourite at the moment is my Naked Heat eyeshadow palette. I love this palette all year round but I feel as though the colours are perfect for autumn with the numerous burgundy and orange shades. It is one of my favourite eyeshadow palettes and you can create so many different looks with it.
