How to Achieve Wonderful Winter Skin

Winter is on its way and the cold weather is not always kind to our skin which is why in this post I will show you some of my favourite products to keep skin healthy and hydrated in winter.

One of my favourite products to remove makeup whilst hydrating my skin in winter is coconut oil. It makes taking off makeup so easy and just melts it all away. You can also use coconut oil to moisturise your body because it works very well and sinks in quickly without leaving a greasy residue. It is extremely moisturising and nourishing and is also very affordable.

My favourite face mask for winter has got to be my Jack Wills Moisturising and Nourishing Sheet Mask. I love this face mask so much as it is super hydrating for my skin. I love how you get so much product in the packet how soothing it feels to put on. Once you have left the mask on for around ten or fifteen minutes you simply remove the mask and rub any excess product in and you don’t have to rinse anything off and you will be left with glowing, radiant skin. The only downside to this mask is the fact that it makes you look completely terrifying!

One of my favourite facial moisturisers for winter is the Nivea Rich Regenerating Night Cream for Dry and Sensetive Skin. My face always needs some extra hydration in winter and this moisturiser is rich and very hydrating and overall is great for when your skin is feeling dry. It does have quite a thick consistency so a little bit does go a long way however it is not so thick that it will make your skin feel clogged up and greasy but it will leave you with a fresh and dewy glow.

The Clinique All About Eyes Rich Eye Cream is a great winter skincare product because it is very rich and hydrates the eye area very well. It also helps to reduce under eye circles and puffiness and just makes the eye are look a lot better. In addition to this it helps concealer that has been applied under the eyes to look a lot nicer because it stops it from cracking so much.

My lips are constantly feeling dry in winter which is why my EOS lip balm is one of my favourite products for winter. I have the blackberry nectar flavour at the moment however I think that most if the EOS lip balms are equal to each other in terms of how hydrating they are to the lips. One of the things that I love most about EOS lip balms is the fact that they work so well underneath lipsticks and I think that this is largely to do with the fact that they are matte and therefore do not change the consistency of the lipstick but are still exceptionally moisturising for the lips.

My final favourite skincare product for winter is Soap and Glory Hand Food. My hands get dry and cracked so easily in the winter so hand cream is a must and I love how thick yet fast absorbing Soap and Glory Hand food is. It makes my hands feel moisturised straight away and I love how it comes in this mini version because it is great to throw in your bag so you can apply it whenever you want.

So try out these products to achieve wonderful winter skin.
